How we work with procurement

• Quotations formatted for your process. Line items, specifications and quantities laid out to match your tender schedule or requisition, with VAT shown separately.
• LPOs and credit terms. We supply against local purchase orders and can arrange terms for approved institutions.
• Consolidated delivery. One delivery, one delivery note, rather than a team chasing five suppliers.
• Installation and commissioning. Theatre, laboratory, imaging and maternity equipment installed, tested and signed off on site.
• Training and handover. User training for the staff who will actually operate the equipment, plus manuals and service contacts.
• Spares and consumables. Ongoing supply of the consumables and spares that keep the equipment in service.
