Delivery & Payment
Delivery
We deliver to all 47 counties. Stocked items ordered in Nairobi before midday can often be delivered the same or next working day. Items brought in to order are confirmed with a lead time before you commit.
- Nairobi: same or next working day for stocked items, by our own vehicle or a courier.
- Upcountry: courier or parcel service, typically one to three working days depending on destination.
- Large equipment: beds, theatre tables, autoclaves and dental units are delivered by vehicle with placement in the room where they will be used.
- Delivery cost: quoted separately based on weight, size and destination. We will confirm it before dispatch.
Payment
Pay the way that suits you. We confirm every order before you pay, so you always know the exact amount.
- M Pesa Paybill: Business number 880100, account number 1002426685. Enter the amount on your quotation and send us the confirmation message on WhatsApp.
- Bank transfer for most facility orders. Account details appear on your pro forma invoice.
- LPO for approved hospitals, clinics, NGOs and corporates.
- Cheque for approved hospitals, clinics, NGOs and corporates.
VAT and pricing
Prices shown in the catalogue exclude VAT. Your quotation and invoice show the item price, VAT and delivery as separate lines.
Warranty and returns
Warranty periods vary by item and are stated on your quotation. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should be reported within seven days of delivery, unused and in original packaging where possible and we will repair, replace or refund. Consumables and sterile single use items cannot be returned once opened.
