Support that continues after the invoice

Equipment that is not installed properly, or cannot be serviced, stops being used. These are the services we provide alongside supply.

Installation and commissioning

Delivery, positioning, assembly, electrical and plumbing connection where required, functional testing and a signed handover. Applies to theatre tables and lights, autoclaves, dental units, laboratory analysers, imaging equipment and hospital beds.

User training

Practical training for the staff who will operate the equipment day to day, covering safe operation, daily checks, cleaning and what to do when something looks wrong.

Servicing and repair

Preventive maintenance schedules and corrective repair. We diagnose faults, source genuine spares and advise honestly when a repair is no longer economic.

Warranty support

Warranty periods are confirmed on your quotation. Claims within the warranty period are handled by us locally, so you are not corresponding with an overseas manufacturer.

Consumables and spares

Reagents, electrodes, cuffs, sensors, tubing, filters, dressings and gloves – supplied on a repeat schedule so wards do not run out.

Sourcing and importation

If an item is not in our catalogue, send the specification or model number. We will confirm whether we can source it, at what landed price and how long it will take.
